I would like to know how an Attorney was able to get a civil suit judgment for a motor vehicle accident , in which the party that had a flat tire causing the accident. And is on SSI/ SSA totally disability since 2008. All of which was this information was given to his office. And was also told that I would not be able to hire my own attorney being on Social Security disability low income. And the process of not telling me when , date /time of this case to go before the judge so I can prove my case . Now has cost me my health and my license suspension....is the only way I found out about the court case being filed at all. so case #132064594 by the DOL. I have given them my low income information/ on a low income $10.00 for my interlock device with them / threw Intoxalock device. in which I also have a court order by Judge Howard / PD Braden Pence 4/14 do to my sever COPD cant blow into the device. It is installed for a 4month period , breath not required to complete DOL requirements. Your Case is and has been brought before the Superior Court judge with false documentation of my ability to have to pay said judgment. This I have been told by a North west justice project / clear.
