mom was buried march 3,2013 with the headstone suppose to be there 6-8 weeks. in oct 2015 I was finally able to go visit her grave to find out that there was no headstone. I went to the office and they told me there would be a headstone no later than nov 5, 2015. I went back jan 30, 2016 and still no headstone.
I want to know what my options are at this point.
