REVIEW - BEWARE REALTORS - BUYERS - POOR SERVICE - I would never recommend this company to my colleagues or clients. They had my out-of-state Sellers sign a HUD with Conventional checked off when it was a VA loan. The termite was in the wrong column. They failed to collect the Administration Fee when the instructions was clearly given to them in writing as requested by their firm. Peter Kirsh admitted their mistake but said, "collect it from your Sellers" AFTER SETTLEMENT! What? There are TOO MANY title companies to choose from. Please, if you are a Buyers Agent and bring us a contract, use anyone but this outfit!
