She is a rip off!!! She colluded with the other party for the money !!! This bitch does not deserve to have a license and word in this business!!! She's doing this job for all the wrong reasons. Having all the proof in the word and she colluded with my ex, because he had all the money, including my money so, who better give her money than he who had the keys to the vault, especially when he was very motivated to bribe her rather than paying another attorney to represent him and she seized the opportunity! It was more convenient for my ex to bribe my attorney, so my attorney will not have to ask him to bring any proof that my show where are the money he had stolen from me and that he still has that money. She just tried to discourage me from looking into my ex's accounts, because of course she had to protect him, a criminal, a thief and a person who made a lot of illegal businesses!!! She will not even take the time to look into my case, every time I would go to her office she will take notes even if I was telling her sometimes the same exact thing. She would remember nothing from our previous conversations. I asked her to give me his history accounts! Note, I asked her, she did not suggest me anything. And 1 month later I call her office to see if she got them and her assistant is asking me" Oh, do you still want that?!?" Seriously??? When did I say I did not want that??? Than it took her another month to retrieve that information. After 2 months, her assistant calls me to book an appointment because she got the history of his accounts. I asked her to send me the files so I can look into those documents first and than go talk to her. She refused, telling me that the bank sent her a cd and she cannot send me a CD! The bank sent her a CD? I went to the bank and asked and the bank told me they don't release documents on CDs, only hard copies and more likely an email with a PDF file. So, she lied to me. So, she most likely received an email from the bank with the information I needed and she could not forward that to me. I was paying for the history account so, I was entitled to have those records!!!! She would call my ex on his cell, but never shared her cell number with me, her client. My ex told me he was at the house. Really!!!!!! I wonder why??!! My ex also insisted in letting me know what my attorney said to him about me and my daughter when he was in the office alone:" Your attorney asked me, he says, "Why do you keep this women?" REALLY??? MY ATTORNEY??? On the negotiations day, my attorney tells me to step out of her office so she can talk to him in private, under my very own eyes with someone that was not her client. So, my ex gets to talk to my attorney in private, on my money, under my eyes and my daughter's eyes with no shame!!!!!!?????? !!!! She also told me before the negotiation began that she will be a little bit with me and a little bit with him, so he thinks she is with him too, to make him wanna negotiate!!!! What ????? I am paying this bitch to represent him too??? Why is it my fault he did not bring his attorney? And why would he , when he was already using mine!!!!!!!! If you want to throw your money on the window and lose, choose her as your attorney!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! She was recommended to me by a friend and I will tell that person what she did to me so they won't recommend Ann to anyone!!! Stay away!!!
