Catherine Martin has given me your name in hopes you can help me. I am divorced since 2000, my ex husband and I have a 16 year old daughter.Our daughter has lived with me since birth,she recently as of June 29,2014 went to live with her father because "she got upset for getting in trouble '".I do not have a problem with her living there except the agreement me and her father made was I retain custody and all child support to me would stop.The problem is ...is that his wife who works for Creek Co.Courthouse as a court clerk and for the judge who divorced us has drawn up papers wanting me to sign them and there are two copies. One has been filed and signed by the judge and states the courts will decide if I should pay support,the second one states I should not pay support.The second copy is not dated or filled out or stamped at all.So my question is what do I do. I need help he was ordered to pay 61% above and behond support I 29% as of last week he has NEVER paid anything for her medical,braces,schooling I have I am currently still paying 104.00 to the MIDLAND RESOURCE GROUP for all her medical bills so my checks do not get garnished. He has adopted his wife;s 2 daughter's one is 18 the other same age as our daughter and they have 1 son together.The girls are his wife's from a previous marriage they DO NOT GET ALONG AT ALL as my daughter stated to me dad and Tayor and Jlianne HATE each other.He has had limited contact with our daughter up until she went with him on the 29th of June,before that it was almost a year and before that it was almost 2years.Like I said I do not know what to do and Catherine said you could help me my number is 918-815-2991.Thank you so much for your time
