I have been separated from my wife for one year exactly to date. She placed an abusive restraining order on me that she recanted in court to the judge in rapides parish that i in 35 yrs of marriage to her that i have never verbal or physically abused her in any way shape or form. Nor could any of her family members prove by coming forward at her hearing. She is going through some kind of something and is not really my concern at this point. We have a beautiful daughter Kiara lynn Mcgehee who has downs and is very special to my heart. The court gave my wife temporary custody in rapides, la. She has since moved from Deville, la. 70520 to Ringgold La. Where she resides to present with my daughter. She will not seek a divorce because she does not wish to relinquish visitation rights to me with my daughter. I am looking only to establish legal visitation rights and dates with my daughter on a court ordered basis only. Because my wife will not negotiate this with me. My child is not on her restraining order for me in any kind of way the court gave me visitation rights at our 1st hearing but did not put my visitation visits on the second hearing. The judge told us to seek legal advise and that was that. I dont know why she didnt put my visitation visits on the order whether it was forgotten or what it was but i cannot get her to place it back on because i would have to go to court there and that doesnt seem reasonable beings my wife has moved miles away from the area where the order was placed.
