I have been married to to my husband for 3 and a half years. He is retired from the Navy,and is on disability. He has informed me that he is leaving me. I asked him why,and his answer is he is just not happy and wants out. We do not argue or fight. I have however caught him on two occasions having relationship with two different women. I won't go into all the details right now. I found out about the last girl 2 weeks ago,thats when he told me he wants to leave. We just moved into a condo and signed a year lease. He has promised to pay the monthly lease and send extra money for Medication,and food. I do not work, my last job was around 2004. I have medical issues and severe anxiety issues, and PTSD.I am now on occasion helping my daughter with her buisness for very little money.He told me when he proposed that he understood why I could'nt work and said he would take care of me and accepted it.He had hep C when we married, he did'nt tell me until a month after being married.I accepted him as he was.I was not happy about not being informed at the begining.I now have been diagnosed with Hep C. I feel he is just abanndoning me. My question is Can there be a legal document or seperation agreement where he legally has to abide by his promises? Thank You
