My name is Kayla and Im inquiring about a friend of mine named Regina. asked a question

I seen a commercial of yours and it came to me that you might be the one that can help or point to the one that can help my friend in trouble. She is having Landlord Tenant issues. When she moved into the condo in Jan 2013 the heater didnt work. She noted that in the move in item list of problems with apartment at move in. She has two kids and had to buy heaters to heat the condo. Now going into summer and a summer in Arizona the AC dont work. Lets just say when they switch a switch on the power box sparks fly. She has requested service numerous times to fix the problem and nothing came from it. She read in the Landlord & Tenant rights that she should serve the Landlord with a 5 day notice with the intent to get her air fixed. Its so unbareable. She had to purchase several ac units to fit into the rooms to be livable (has all reciepts) wich has her SRP bill high running these units. After the 5 days were up She recieved a 5 day notice of termination of lease for non payment of rent. She has reciept of paying 300 dollars of her rent for las month. She has two kids and is extremily stressed about where her and her kids are going to stay when all she needed was the AC to be fixed. They sent a guy to look at the Unit and he explained that if the situation with the unit is bad to not discuss anything with the tenant. So needless to say they are still without air. They cant cook food because its so extremely hot. Please tell me i seen your commercial right and you are here to help the people.
