Hi I currently live in NC with my fiancé Joshua Dunn who is from Bossier Parish. I am currently pregnant with twin girls and I am set to have a csection next month. Due to
Circumstances of my 2 year old son, Josh and I will not be able to care for the twins. I also have two older daughters. Ages 10 & 5, my son Luke is back and forth the dr constantly because he has hearing loss and other things the docotors are trying to figure everything out. For that reason I, my self will not be able to care for two newborns and tend to my son as well. Joshua's parents have agreed to take in the twins once they are born and raise them for us. How would we go about everything since we live in separate states and if adoption would be more expensive, would we be able to have a legal guardianship form filled out and have it notorized so his parents to take on raising the twins?
