I Have paid my closing costs to Livingston
And Harkins for an acre of land purchased from Janet McDiarmid, it sits adjacent to 770 old Rockhouse Rd., Syla. Alabama 35150. The land was purchased paid in full in January 2015, and we have waited 5 months for the deed which is absurd. I have called Beth Trussel multiple times and she always says she will prepare it.
But it never arrives, I call Janet McDiarmid and she always says its Beths fault. I feel like we are getting the run a round. Please,
As our attorneys get us this deed matter taken care of. I feel we have be quite patient in this regard.

Personally I think Livingston should give up practicing law, he's way too old and his attitude is absolutely horrible and doesn't really seem to care what you think concerning that!
He's a typical small-town attorney who never made it big and probably wishes he had. If you need anything that's even remotely complex, I would stay clear of him as the only thing he seems good for now-a-days is wills.
And even then, you can tell his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top!
