My youngest son at the age of 5 was diagnosed with autoimmune anemia. 7 Years had passed and they never were able to determine the cause of illness. Almost losing him four times because his blood count wouldn't stabilize over that 7 year period was very tough. One day a Doctor That had came in from Africa took one look at him and said his spleen needed to come out.
