Gunnstaks misspelled my name on his Contract for Hire. A Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) had my name misspelled and listed 3 different ways on this one document.The LPOA was revoked.Gunnstaks responded that he could not communicate with Opposing Counsel (OC) unless I gave him explicit/approved authorized/instructions. I did forward explicit/approved/instructions. Gunnstaks then said I had to reinstate the LPOA before he would correspond with OC. I reminded him of his first instructions to me. Only then did he begin to comply with his own instructions.Gunnstaks made changes to my Divorce Decree without my knowledge, consent or approval and forwarded. Gunnstaks sent the wrong final divorce decree to me after other and did not review it before sending it to me for my signature for the court. I hired another attorney to proofread all final Divorce Decree documents to make sure all matters were correct and legally written. Changes had to be made.
