Hello. My name is Vaughn A Burner. You created my parents Living Will and Trust. I had to abruptly leave California due to the erratic behavior of my brothers Dale and Eddie Burner. They both suffer from long term alcohol abuse and there abusive behavior towards my mother and myself got to be more then I wanted in my life and felt since Dad has passed away and Dale Burner placing mom in a nursing home against her will and against Dads wishes, I didn't see any reason to continue living in the toxic environment that both Eddie and Dale Burner had created in my life. I will leave you with a phone number to my Aunt and Uncle where you can get a hold of me and a email address where you can send a message. Depending on the urgency, I suggest calling my Aunt Barbara or Uncle Garland for the quickest response. I sometimes don't get to my emails for a couple of days at a time. If you call my Aunt and Uncle you will need to explain why you are needing me to return your phone call other wise they may think it's Eddie or Dale trying to phish for information, like trying to get my contact information. I have witnessed volatile and disturbing behavior from both Eddie and Dale Burner and found it alarming that they care very little about there own mother and me. Mom thinks to this day that Dale is being greedy with her money and keeping her in a nursing home so he can have full control over all her things. He thinks he knows best for mom, but he knows very little about his mother. Simple things like her favorite color, or her favorite food, or even what she would like to do? You see I was mom and dads care giver from 2009 until 2016. I was so connected to mom and dad that I knew how they both think, I could finish there sentences, I knew how they felt just by watching there body language. Eddie and Dale don't know much about mom. A bottle of Jack Daniels means more to Dale then getting to know his own mother. What I have witnessed since Dad's passing away has frighten me so I chosen to live in hiding. I do not want my contact information that I am going to leave with you to ever get in the hands of any family members that are still living in California including Eddie Burner which lives in Texas. I fear for my life and I am armed. One final thing, Dad would have never allowed Dale to be the power of attorney, executive over mom and dads estate, or even there trustee had he known that Dale was an alcoholic. Dale deceived dad and it wasn't until dad passed away until Dale came out of the closet and let his secret out. Personality I don't care what Eddie and Dale do to there bodies, or there health, there horrible human beings, but what there doing to mom I find a abusive. There both abusing there 93 year old mother with no regards to how it makes mom feel or even asking mom what she wants. I believe along with several other family members here that what Dale and Eddie are doing to mom is elder abuse. Even her primary doctor stated that mom doesn't have but what he would classify as very minor dementia and that her memory is very good for her age. His statement to Dale was he should be that lucky to have the memory that his own mother has at the same age of 93. Dale has broken every promise and wish he made to Dad, he isn't the honorable man that he once was. If he can't take care of himself at the age of 71, how can he think he can take care of his 93 year old mother. If Dale doesn't do what's right for himself? How can he do what's right for his mom? Mom is being forced against her own will to live where she doesn't want to live? This is against dads wishes and against moms wishes. Mom wants to live with her brother and his wife and mom wants to be around me. Any way you have my information now, should you ever have the need to get a hold of me feel free, and once again don't give this information to anyone. My Aunt and Uncle don't even know where I live. It's because of the fear I now live with because of Eddie and Dale's alcoholism.
