Attorney Gray, nice to talk to you today about my late Cousin, Vivian Viedt, formerly a long-time
resident of Bellaire, Texas. As you recall I told you, Helen Wallace, Viv's late grandmother was the sister of my own grandmother, Marja Babinski Kotomski. My Aunt Helen and her son, the
late fashion designer and fine artist, Ben Wallace, resided at 137 E. 38th St. off Lexington Ave.
in New York City. I had many wonderful teen experiences when I was growing up in Nutley, NJ, only 13 miles away with my late Mother, Helen and Ben. Just about that time the Viedt family
moved to Houston where Viv's Father, Vern, continued his career with the Prudential. We saw
the family from time to time when we moved to Texas-first El Paso and now Fort Worth,
where we reside at 6604 High Brook Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76132 Tel. 817-361-5519 landline.
Calling Viv after not connecting for over a year brought the bad news that she had passed on.
Please let me know if I might have some of my side of the family old photos which Viv and I went over together a few years ago when we made a stop in Houston or some of Cousin Ben's
art work which I believed Viv had hanging in the house, They would be meaningful to Ed and I.
We have not received a return call from Davette recently. She or you can write me at
6604 High Brook Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76132. I did not know what you meant about having an
interest in Viv's home. In what way? I do remember most of Houston was built up around it.
