I was referred to your office sir from attorney Lonnie fitzgerald, I have been the clinical pharmacist for the state of CA .dept. of corrections for over 11 years , we have a stand-by service whis is I to provide pharmacy covering from the time pharmacy closes till the next business day so pharmacy closes at 5:30 Friday pm, I carry the state phone, expected to be available from 5:30 pm Friday to 9 am on Monday when the pharmacy opens then from Monday 5;30pm to Tuesday 9 am..etc and these hours are divided by 4..so say from Monday 5:30pm to Tuesday 9 am that is 15.5 hrs/4= 3.875 hours of owed $$ , now we have state/union contract that address this issue, I did not get paid a red cent for the year 2012/2013 and the state starts paying some for 2014/some 2015/some 2016 and payment was @ a regular pay not what it suppose to be on overtime rate as it is self explanatory now I went thru the grievance process, it got thru the 3 levels of grievance and the state offered me $29,000 and then increased to $32,500 as a full settlement which is about 10% what I am owed which is $335,000 (31 hours of o.t. rate per week x 52 weeks per year x 5 years ..my O.T. RATE is $90.00/hr I have all the supporting documents ,pay stubs, money paid, money owed in great details..need hep please I am owed the money,and an additional 10% average interest added..now I would like to set an appointment for office consultation would you help me please..i am asking the state for a hand out..it is money I am owed , I will need help as soon as possible to get it , and according to MR/FITZGERALD you are the one that can and would fight for me...please let know A.S.A.P
