I am Benjamin Troy, My contact with you is Based on my need for a RealEstate Attorney to represent me on a real estate closing. I am currently in the Middle of a negotiation phase
with the Estate Broker but was however informed on the need's to provide a Real Estate Attorney as my representative to render the following services;
