There is a basement unit condo which the property management company was using when I purchased unit 1204 a schaub dr, 27606 that should have been attached to the unit (and is under Wakegov).I have since sold the condo. The new owners have surveyed the unit (1204a) and have not included the other unit (1204 basement) in their property. They do not wish to seem to get involved in 1204 basement. It is in rough shape. Their is a broken window and I was actually thinking about moving in and claiming squater's rights. Perhaps verifying with them one more time they are uninterested. You helped me close on 11-15-96 (07226 0431). Was wondering if i might have any legal rights anyhow. The property management company was using it for their staff to live in for free when technically they should not have..
