On 2/23/15 at Quincy courthouse you were appointed my son's lawyer. You gave him a card and told him to call you in a month. He reached out to you several times to no avail. On 5/21, my son had a pre-trial- you were a no show- again he reached out to you to no avail. 5 1/2 hours later the court officers and clerks tried to reach you- no answer. The judge re-scheduled the pre-trial for 8/4 once again appointed you as his lawyer. He was instructed to call you and tell you, which he did. It is now June 4th and you have not returned his call, nor have you ever explained why you never showed for his pre-trial and never answered his calls. My question is why? This all seems unfair.
