In 1993, you represented me in an assault charge in which I was not guilty.
It went to jury selection for trial. You tried to convince me to plead guilty to a crime I did not commit. (I think it was for a trade to the DA. You wanted to sell me out to gain an advantage on a different case you was working on. Murder case?)
I refused. So when we went before the judge, the plantiff had already dropped the charges and refused to persue for obvious reasons. Therefore the charges were dropped.
This many years later, I learn that the disposition is still pending.
I'm guessing this is because it fell through the cracks due to the fact you thought I would let you convince me to accept a plea to a crime I didn't commit.
This needs to be corrected immediately!!!
It's one thing to mis-represent me, but then when you didn't get away with it that should have been the end of this.
Please correct this immediately.
