i recently moved out of residence that i rented for 4 yrs.after i found out that many problems were hazardus,unsafe living conditions. i did submit a complaint about these slumlords to bldg an saftey code office. they did contact them an threatened to fine them with possible prison time. there were to illegal casitas on there property (not on the plan) the 2nd casita was occupyed when i moved so i reported that to them an shortly after that the landlords received notice from state of nevada the tenants were to vacate immediately. i was told i could possibly get rental reimbursement for the time i lived there but need an atty. my health was compromised an i got really an still am sick due to alot of black mold i found upon vacating. i would only be able to pursue this case on contingent basis am disabled on ssd. would like to know if this is a case or not..i heard things from friends that i could probably be reimbursed since they knowingly rented these illegal casitas out i have lots of proof ,pics,lease agreement, rental receipts ect. thank you ms.cheryl goodfellow
