dear to whom it may concern i,am sending this e,mail to inform you or all of you that i,was wrongfully convicted and sentece to 15yrs and 8month in san francisco california on robbery out of this i,did 12yrs in prison during my trial the judge give instruction to the jury that in opder to reach a,verdict all twelve of you must find me guilty or not guilty of all of the crime in this case but the jury was deadlock 9 to 3 and the judge order my sentece there was no mistrial or new trial in the case some of the counts in case the jury find me guilty of jane doe and john doe becase none of the victim never came to court to proof beyond reasonable doubt later on i,discover new evidence fingerprint that the jury did not see during there deliberation base on this i,file a,writ of habeas corpus while this case was pending the immigration judge order me to be deported to liberia west africa i,explain to the immigration judge that the case you are deporting me on i,was wrongfully convicted and this case is pending now in san francisco california but he still prder me to be deported at eloy dentenion center in arizona so there for i,am asking for any support from anybody that out there so i,can get justice then to get injustice thanks to you guys that out there you guys can inbox me or call me at (231)777387675 and have a,nice day
