Wendelin Ringel, DVM wrote something

The holidays season is upon us , I wish you and yours good tidings. Meanwhile, you y and close to normal was with my service monkeys . My psychiatrist and neologist recommended them after the death of my fourth service dog.

Violating my fourth amendment rights without a warrant, Riverside County Sheriffs searched my home attempting to cause problems and notified Riverside Code enforcement, Riverside Animal Control and California Fish and Wildlife(CFW). I have been a target of the Riverside Sheriffs after testifying at an internal affairs investigation against the head dog trainer who in "disciplining" a Malinois gave the poor beast a skull fracture and concussion. I can not tell you the number of false arrests. Illegal searches of my home, seat belt and phone tickets - when not in violation that I have received.

Unbelievably, on my first and only visit of my monkeys, I was assaulted, sprayed point blank with bear foam which is about 100 times more potent than pepper spray and falsely arrested. I was denied medical care even though , I was one one who called the paramedics for myself. I bailed out in thirty minutes but was forced to stay in a jail cell all night where I nearly died due to a combination of the bear foam and my breathing disability .

Without my monkeys, I was hospitalized ten days,. I am due to the stress losing all my hair, losing weight, suffering vomiting and diarrhea for which the doctors can not determine a cause.

Ironically, the (CFW) agent who took my monkeys and gave me the terrorist threat, to either give up my monkeys or they would be killed and I would be arrested. Not only sent me a discriminatory e-mail but also, was the custodian of evidence in federal court who managed to loose all the evidence in my 2 million dollar case including a digital recorder and a computer. I m presently working with an. Investigator formerly from the Orange County Superior Court where we are proving he tampered with the evidence and no statute of limitation exists per the Supreme Court .

Federally, I am in complete compliance with the requirements for service
monkeys. In 2011, when ADA, changed the definition of service animal, my monkeys became assistance monkeys and emotional support animals. I have applied to California Fish and Wildlife for a permit with NO response in over a year. Previously, I was refused the application itself!

I have a permit for a service monkey issued by (CFW)to another party and know of two others but I was told they do not issue any such permit. After confiscation, I am supposed to be able to move my animals to a facility out of state of my choice or move with them.
Over FIFTY e-mails, letters and phone calls each, are unanswered; despite the fact I was give a designated liaison at ( CFW), This is violation of my right to due process, the Xl Amendment. Likewise, demands for instigation of the rehabilitation acts 504 and 508. I know 504 is for information technology but nowhere is the information available how to move your animals or what the time allotment is which for someone emotionally disabled is tortuous

I desperately am asking for your legal assistance . I can pay you . Please let me know as soon as humanly possible . I have no holidays, happiness or relief until I can be functional again with my assistance animal. I have no one but them to take care of me. Please help me. There is a true dependency and need for them. on my part. If u are unable to assist me, please, I plead you to refer me to someone who will help me . I have been in search for a barrister for far too long. Thank you !

Thank You for your time and attention
Gratefully Yours,
Wendelin Ringel, DVM
