tenant of milan miller asked a question
mr marshall dunst,my wife received a 72 hour eviction notice today from u for milan miller,she has not paid rent because we have had rat issues,and natural gas furnace issues,in this residence,nw natural has shut the gas off because the furnace is not legal and the red tagged it illegal,and milan refuses to fix it,he neglantly worked on it himself in last November,i had to take lynette and mt 4 year old daughter to the hospital for gas poisioning,we were without heat for a week ,milan hooked it back up and did not get it inspected,and has been leaking all winter,therefor thierir are rats in the ductwork that have died and coming thru the ductwork,their is not a permit on file to have this furnace in this house ,2 weeks ago nw natural red tagged it again,as illegal milan refuses to fix it, theirfore my daughter is in danger of a gas explosion,just letting u know their are 2 sides to every story,they plan on fixing this weekend,by his business partner,shane Compton,which in fact is not licensed thru Oregon contractors board,his license has lapsed in which I have filrd a complaint,he is business partners with milan miller.works on all his rentals,and is not a licensed contractor in the state of oregon
