Subject: Very Disrespectful and rude people answering the phones
As a client, I should not have to be treated with disrespect rudeness and denied access to a supervisor because I wish to file a complaint. I have a right to file a complaint if I feel like I'm being discriminated against, is miss spoken to or if I choose you to accommodate someone. To deny me is to say I don't matter and I don't think that's the type of platform your firm was built on. Four different women answered the phone and (3) three intentionally hung up on me...A Jeniffet was by far the most disrespectful by far. A Brandy and One who I'm certain made up her name that started with a P. Don't let the few diminish the quality of your service.

and good luck trying to reach "bill latour" as nobody lets you get through to him and it's impossible to find his email anywhere in the world other than the 800 number and company email. don't believe the commercials. there is NO personal service.

worst experience ever. Deeply regrets using this company. Never met with a lawyer before the hearing. Showed up early to meet as instructed and lawyer wasn't there. For two years no phone calls ever returned no info received in mail and no meetings with anyone until court date when i met lawyer for first time (and it wasn't even the original lawyer that i was told i would have) and no time to discuss anything with lawyer as they were late. totally unprofessional. waste of two years and waste of my time.
