SEEKING RESTITUTION FOR CRIMES COMMITTED 11 August 2014
This is a General Bid for Legal Assistance in seeking prison time for the perpetrator, compensation, restitution, and Judicial Relief for damages and violations of Federal, Local, and State laws against a nursing facility, banks, insurance companies, a police department, and a district attorney.
Since the acts were committed my case(s) has (have) been researched over the past several years since at least 21 January 2011. Statutes of Limitations is not an option. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the State of Pennsylvania have been invited to investigate my complaints.
I am seeking an attorney on a contingency basis. We have the documentation needed to prove these cases in court and are prepared for the occasion. However, financially we cannot afford justice until after the cases are won, and I have no doubt you will win if you should take the case.
We are avoiding legal representation from around the immediate area of where the crimes took place because we believe there may be a conflict of interest and influence from law enforcement.
Crimes are against, but may not be limited to, UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT, SECTION 110(f); the Federal Transportation Act in crossing State Lines to commit crimes, Fraudulent and unauthorized Power of Attorney, Embezzlement, failure to complete and file a Police Report, interference of a duly appointed Executer of an estate while in the performance of his duties, possible wrongful death, Elderly Abuse, and other Civil and Criminal crimes.
