in 2002 Harry was the probate attorney for my fathers estate. He did a magnificent job and that included blocking my son from attempts to not have me be my dads representative...If Harry is still doing even a little bit of law I would like for him to tell me now how to stop my daughter from blocking my dad's request to represent him including the oil rights n N. Dakota..My daughter has retained a law company in Montana that has license to work in N. Dakota. The letter I received to said They are requesting me to sign a waiver to allow my daughter be the representative. One attorney I talked to here told me not to reply at all to that letter asking me to withdraw...I suppose if that law firm tries to move foreword I might have time to retain my own attorney up in N. Dakota as I am the representative. Harry knows how my son was during that probate of dad's..my son wrote continual scathing letters to the court to stop me. The judge wasn't inclined to do that. Now because I've not seen m daughter for 5 years and had no idea this was happening perhaps she now is attempting to stop me with this Mineral rights representation.
