I had a car accident on June 10 2015 at which time I was at a stop light hit from the rear lightly but jammed my right leg between pedals on my car floor hurt leg and lower back had treatmeant for 16 week or so out of work hired Jason stone as my attorney after a little over 15 months being switched between 3-4 different lawyer in his office always being told the poor one left the firm I fired him and I now need someone to take my case over asap I don't know how to sue the insurance company myself I need help to do it I lost over 10000 dollars in lost wages and had med bills as well Jason stones office sent demand for the max of 20000 to gieco and they cam back with a 1 thousand dollar offer and then Jason stone filed some kind of form saying they were not playing ball with reasonable offer so I have a disc with what Jason stones offer did as well as a letter saying I should get another attorney because gieco should pay the full value of the insurance coverage can you help me
