I gave attorney anthony crane 1,000 dollars to appeal a ruling in phila traffic court handed down by the now disbarred, judge Robert mulgrew. Mr mulhrew was thrown off the bench shortly after sentencing me to a 180 days In jail for driving while suspended several times over approximately a one year period. Me crane told me last year around August that my appeal would be heard the day before thanksgiving of that year. The court date came. I arrived so early to the CJC that me and sheriffs deputy McGovern were practically the only people in the bldg. When I asked the person behind the counter on the mezzanine which courtroom my case was listed for, she replied "you haven't been listed on the docket since July". When I confronted mr crane with this he told me that Bill, his paralegal quit and must've stolen my money and never filed my case. Since then, he's cleared out of his office on 1500 walnut and the doorman told me I'm not the only angry person who's been there looking for him. Please tell me what I should do. Thank you.
