I'm at Bride Brook Health in Niantic I've been here going on four months and was at the Backus Hosp. for about a month before I came here; I live in Taftville, at Wequonnoc Village. I had to go there a couple of weeks ago for my redetermination for H.U.D. While I was there I found out that I have a D.U.I. and a Failure to appear on 04/12/14 and 05/28/14, I never knew that I had them! And I also found out that my car was towed during the last snow storm, it was parked in its parking space, and my rent is paid, Management knew I was in the Hosp. they shouldn't had it towed, Was told that signs are posted in the lobby; I talked to management and was told that there was nothing they could do! I called the towing co. and I owe them about $2,000.00. I have a service dog and my neighbor was watching him for me and management called Animal Control to come and get him; the guy that was watching him had to give him away so Animal control couldn't take him; I want him back! I need him and love him, I have had him since he was 7 weeks old.
I have to get these problems taking care of before I go home or shortly after my return home.
