Hello,
Someone recommended that I call your firm in regards to my car accident.
My name is Julie Cosbey,
I was involved in a car accident 1 years ago with my two small children. Son was 9yrs and daughter was 5yrs at the time of the accident.
It was the other driver fault as she smashed into the back of my car as I was waiting at a red light in a left hand turn lane.

My case was a bit complicated because my insurance had laps a few days prior to the accident. I was told per the pip law my medical bills for each of us need to reach $5000.00 before an attorney could step in. I took my kids to see physical therapist out of precaution because the lady hit us hard. The kids went for a few visits and are fine now their bills did not add up to $5000.00.
I went to physical therapy for a while. It was not getting any better only a temporary fix finally my insurance aloha care quest was not going to cover any more visits. Now I still get constant headaches and my neck and back are always in pain. I have to take a pain pill and muscle relaxer more than I want to. My bills were up to $9000.00 plus. I may have to go back to Dr because my neck and shoulders have been getting worse.
Then the insurance company's claim adjuster for the lady who hit me Farmers Ins. asked me to fill out a statement and release my medical bills to her to review and she was going to get back to me and see if we could work out a settlement. This was back in October 1,2015. I gave her a waiver for in month to collect any records she needed. It has been three months I have called her numerous times left messages, sent emails. The insurance claim adjuster has not responded in fact she had ignored all my messages? Not sure why.
This is why a friend said call an attorney and gave me your name.
The insurance adjuster for the auto dept settled a deal for my car, which I did not think was fair, but I need to get another car before the car I had was not going to be drivable any longer. I took what ever they gave me. Now I am stuck with car pmts as I was not before the lady hit me. My car was claimed as a total loss from there adjuster who just appeared at my work place unannounced.
My car payments are $350.00 a month now make things very hard because I am a single mother and income is not very big.
