I was served an ex-parte by my sister. Do I need an attorney? We have had no relationship. She had my daughter arrested and she was sentenced because we were afraid to take it to jury trial .My daughter pled guilty because Eng and Woods told herto. My sister kept all of her belongings. This started the war with my sister. She lied and told my Mom she didn't have her stuff. I went to the Circuit clerks office last week to pay for my daughters restitution. They said they had been sending correspondence about the case. My sister said she had not received anything, but the Circuit Court said they had been sending it to my sisters address. They said she never got any mail. Also as well, a warrant was served on her, but the prosecuting side their office did not issue the warrant. My daughter's PO said someone in the Circuit Cirks office did it. We were told one of the employees new my sister. Now. for rwo years we have talked to her. My sister has my deceased daughters class ring and won't give it up. She told me, through my Mom, she didn't have it or any of my daughters belongs. She said the sheriff department took her stuff. I personally talked to them and they said they only paper work. My sister told my mom as well that she doesn't have any thing. According to the sheriff report they were to return it. She refused and told the sheriff My daughter and I would be charged with trespassing and we have had no contact with her for almost 2 years. Now she is saying I am threatened her through our mom.Yes, I sent her a text message telling her she or any other members of her husband's friends . Yes, I did tell my mom to ask my mom to get the ring back. I have also sent her text saying that I hate her and hopes she dies a slow death. No one in our family claim her as a relative. I have also told her through my mom she is not to trespass on any of our property. She is sue happy. She also was to divide my deceased aunt money inherited and lies that she doesn't have any of it. There are 11 cd's missing. I also told my mom on the day of my daughter's sentencing, If I had a gun I wold shot her. It was out of my anger towards her because as we were leaving the courthouse ,my daughter had a seizure and she was laughing about Courtney having a seizure. I don't want to have to pay for her attorney and court costs. I have no other way to contact her because I don't want to go to jail. I have never been in trouble with the law. I would not physically hurt my sister. I told my mom supposedly I would shot her. It was told to her in confidence. She goes through my mom as well to give me messages. Is there anything I can do about the?
