Dear Craig,

This is unusual circumstances but I don't trust anyone and I just wanted to ask you a question and maybe you could refer me to someone. Mama [sandra asbell] is at home dieng and hospice is here and mamas sister has already taken granny's inheritence which broke mamas heart not over any money just the way money divides a family. Well mama might have signed an power of attorney over to Connie her sister a few weeks ago as her condition was getting worse and I'm all confused. Mama is my representative payee where I was in that car wreck so I get SSI and I don't know who will handle that. Mama is trying to tell me but she barely can talk and I don't know what she's saying. Do you know what I'm suppose to do in this kind of situation? She did make a will last year with Christopher smith off north side park behind wellness center. I just don't know who to ask. Connors husband is a retired lawyer and Craig and Oakes out of Atlanta run his practice.our jones county probate judge threw him out of his office years ago because of one of the many things he has done illegal.
