I tried to call today 2/27 and called the Friday before 2/20 and haven't received a call back yet. Also e-mailed my brother Steve because he was too busy to talk and as of today, no response back from him either.
I wasTOLD by my accountant that by law, I am entitled to receive a copy of the will/trust because I am a beneficiary.
I need to file a claim form, in order to receive benefits. Could you please provide me with the Trust/Estate Tax ID and the date of trust, to my e-mail address. E-mail: jbuckner1972@yahoo.com
I am still requesting the will/trust copy MAILED to me.
My address is : 13098 Broken Bit Circle, Corona, CA 92883. If you have any questions, please call 951-259-3730 (cell).
The will is for Margaret Clare and Steve Clare came in with her after my father's death.
