I am a disabled veteran and receiving only non taxable income from the V A and Social Security Disability Checks. My father just passed away at the end of May. I have been told that there is a trust fund that is to be split evenly between us,his four remaining children. I hope that you can advise me for my taxes and I don't want to get into any trouble with the government, IRS or anyone else because I didn't take the time to research my rights and legal responsibility and so please call me and advise me so's that I won't get in trouble or worse end up going to jail or prison and losing everything that I worked for and maintain, and managed to keep and overcome just to be independent just to lose it all now.
