To whom it concern:
I am looking for a personal Injury attorney. My story goes like this; on July 27, 2014 we were returning home from St Louis and stopped at KFC in Hayti, Mo to get something to eat. We order our food and attempted to sit down to eat; I pull the chair up to the table and sat down. Not knowing the chair was broken I sat down with my finger under the chair and when I sit down it almost cut my finger off. My brother who was traveling with me call the manger over to our table to show her what happen, she acted uninterested in what had happen to me. My brother had her to call 911; the police came and said I needed to go to the hospital. The police put me in their car and drove me the emergency room. I was in the emergency room from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm that night. The doctor sowed my finger back on and told me to see primary phicion when I get home.
I have pictures of my finger and also pictures of the chair.
To date I have not heard from anyone from KFC. This is why I am looking for someone to help if I have an actionable case against KFC.
