I had submitted evidence but then I saw that my comment would be posted & made public on this page. I had to remove all of it. I will state we live in what is the most corrupt, illegal, criminal condo association in berwick, maine. the fox ridge condo association. don't move here--

is maine atty required to have license to submit letters re: late payments of dues when u/o NEVER voted to hire or pay him & board did not submitted bids to u/o w/mtg held for u/o to ratify or veto budget. board hired mgmt. co. that embezzled all condos they managed & D.A. raided their offices & IRS seized their records. bd never reimbursed u/o for dues they had paid & bd just hired another mgmt. co.& all those performing services again w/o bids submitted to u/o owners & meeting held to ratify or veto budget. they violated their fiduciary obligations & mgmt./bd have no knowledge of condo laws, declaration, bylaws,rules & what can we do about all this? this place is a legal/financial disaster.
