The closest trial was Duluth, MN. She has not signed anything but was told she needs to give her decision, regarding her offer, by COB Monday, June 2nd. I live in VT and was alarmed when I heard this so I contacted an attorney here and was given your name to contact immediately. My stepdaughter, Stephanie Powell, is 30 years old. Her father died at 49 and grandmother at 53, both of Melanoma. Stephanie is worried about losing her job as a manager in a store in Jamestown, her apartment, where she lives alone and is already in debt from her surgery from last year.
