dear mark bridgeford this is james vessels.this is about the case ( you ) mark bridgeford and james griffin settled in the van nuy's court's.you both filed it as a continous trama case.i just want to inform you that i found out that this should have never been a continuos trama injury case on eather party.please see olive view medical report and date of the cart injury.i did not work for cruz modular from febuary of 2007 to june of 2007.this was not filed right.and if it is a continuos trama case then that mean's that labor ready let cruz modular hire me knowing that i had a accident and i was injured prior to the going to work for them and then there the other fact that ramim younessi did file the los angels case prior to the settlement in van nuy's.so how can this be a continuos trama case when the medical condition that i have did not show up or medical evidance of any injury's untill after the first accident.i am asking the workman comp for a official inestagtion on the law rule's and regulation the you and james griffin done in the van nuy's case and the los angeles case.fact one this is not a continuos trama case..fact two..even though the case was settled in van nuy's due to the los angeles case being filed the case should have been conbined in to one courthouse.or dropped or one case dismissed.this was not done so there is three law's that was broken.my new attorney let me know that i was just supposed to have went away and not come back.well thank you for your time.signed james vessels.
