Hello Dear,
My name is Musa Ikharo. I was referred to you sir. I am a permanent resident of United State. However, I faced US immigration deportation proceeding since 2002. After a long struggle and while my deportation appeal process was pending in the Supreme Court of United State, the immigration wrongfully deported me to Nigeria on October 26, 2010. But on January 9, 2012, the Supreme Court overturned the immigration Order of deportation in my favor, pro se. The immigration Order has been rendered invalid by the Supreme Court of United States, at least in the interim. [Please see the Supreme Court judgment /Decision on Supreme Court Website, (www.SCOTUS) case No. 10-11217]. On July 12, 2014, the BIA likewise reversed in my favor and remanded the case to IJ in Cleveland, Ohio. On November 13, 2014 the Immigration Judge issued an order and Notice that I must come to United States to appear in court this coming May 15, 2015, on basis of the Supreme Court /BIA orders. Therefore, I need emergency travel document or Boarding Foil from the US Embassy /Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria, to travel back to United States and to get ready for the hearing. Please, I need a lawyer to represent me and to urgently contact the USCIS (by phone or email or letter or in person) on my behalf to ask them to please grant me travel document to come back to US to attend the IJ mandatory hearing. More so, I need to come early to provide necessary documents to the lawyer who wants to represent me.
