Daniel Hale asked a question

I have a question for Ben Creekmore? My question to you is why have you turned a deaf ear to my wife an I about the way they handled my sons case ? After our meeting with you over 2 years ago we made many attempts to try an get back in touch with you and you never once returned any of our calls why? So I contacted Bill Stone an he said he talk with you about the case and you were going to be contacting us , well it’s been over 7 months now and you still haven’t contacted r spoke to us in any way what so ever , you told my wife and I that you seen some things that need to be done differently the next time was just wondering if you r expecting some one else to be beat an shot in the head and law enforcement not do one single thing but push it under the table , Guess it’s in who you are an how much money you have if you able to get the county cops an district attorney to help with a murder case I have never see not one single time when someone was shot where the sean wasn’t rope off except for this time with my son it’s time you earn some of your money and do something about what happened and how it was handle, your investergators sad wasn’t but 3 people there well I know for a fact that they were more than Three there . Oh yea do you recall telling me that I needed to read book of
Proverbs from the Bible, I did now I think it would be appropriate if you would read the book of acts from the Bible and set up a meeting with my wife an I agin without your so called investergators who kelpt interfering in ever thing that was said. Some of the things that you brought up had nothing to do with our sons case , if it had been your child beat it would have been handled differently so I think we should go over his case again.

Susan Vance wrote something

This is for Mr. Benjamin Creekmore:
My name is Susan Vance, I am the mother of Acie Vance and the aunt of Anfernee Vance, I am writing on their behalf, and on behalf of several of the "victims". My attorney failed to request "pre trial diversion" for the boys, as they have never been in trouble before (not even in school), and since then (which happened over a year and a half ago) I have spoken with over 80% of the victims and they all agree that these particular two boys are not career criminals (unlike the other 2 who have a long history of this type of behavior, but received less time) and would not like to press the issue. Chris Hobson, Michael Dees, Shelly Akins and others have expressed that they agree and would not like to pursue jail time, and would like to speak with you on their behalf if that's okay. These boys are 1st time offenders for a non violent crime. Acie has got back in college and has a 2.9 GPA (which is great for him, especially since he didn't graduate high school he got a GED), Acie has also got back on the basketball where is a star player and he has received 3 offers to play over seas at the professional level. It would be ashamed to take a boy out of school and put him in prison, for a non violent crime. Especially since they are releasing drug dealers because the prison system is over populated. This is not going to benefit anyone. my number is (662)321-1898 and my email is susan.vance@tbamerica.com, i would love to speak to you, if at all possible. I know you are a busy man, and i wouldn't want to take up too much of your time. I just don't think we were represented well, and our attorney kept us in the dark and didn't follow through on several things. We are filing complaints against him with the Bar, our church have even went as far as contacting the Attorney general and internal affairs. I wanted to cover all my bases with you on what "I" can do to help them, on your end, as currently we don't have an attorney. Thank you for your time, Looking forward to hearing from you.
