Hello, This is an inquiry for the prosecuting office. I have received a violations which is a mistake and would like to point out a clerical error. I was told that I would fax my proof or registration and/or drivers licence up to your office, which I did complete my due diligence to renew that in time and I still received a notice that I would have a suspended licence. I have evidence that I faxed a completed fax to you on time before the due date and I have evidence that it was received by you. The clerical error is that I was provided with the wrong fax number, I did not find that number myself it was provided to me. Therefore, I would like to request that this please be fixed. Thank you. I will be happy to discuss the matter with the prosecutor but I have completed my due diligence of renewing my registration in time as I was told to do and of providing you with proof of this in time. I am sorry that I was provided with the wrong fax number I received confirmation that it was faxed and told a fax would suffice. I do not plan on having my licence suspended as I use my vehicle for work, I need this to be fixed. Thank you.
