I did not give my permission for the information to be published, I have never had contact with the woman who runs this website, and I do not wish to be included in these types of sites. But equally important for potential clients to know is that I would never, ever encourage a potential client to send unsolicited emails as there is not an attorney-client relationship formed yet and unencrypted emails can no longer be considered private.

I could correct some of the information published here, but then I would be complicit in this very misleading characterization of my solicitation of clients through this site. The statement "... you can reach us ..." is not, to my knowledge, alterable and it is intentionally misleading. It implies that I had something to do with this listing, and I can assure you that I did not. Please look up my contact information in another source, such as the Washington State Bar Association's lawyer directory or on my own website. Again, do not rely on the information published on this page.
