On 8-11-2014, I came home and found a letter taped to my door from Freistad Realty stating my home is now owned by Fannie Mae. I called the agent and he told me that my home was sold at Sheriff Sale but didnt havecmy file with him to give me a date. I never recieved any type of notification and I am not sure if the notice was listed in the paper or not. I don't know the sale date. If there was no notification of any kind, stating a sale date and time, do I have any hope of keeping my home? My husband id a member of Schlumberger legal plans referred by hyatt legal services. Claim # 9534034. Ive contacted another attorney but its been almost a week and he hadnt returned my calls and is never available. I have to let the agent know tomorrow if we will accept their cash for keys offer. I left a message for you earlier today. I do understand you are very busy. Im just praying you can help me and if not please let me know. Thank you.
