I,Lisa Glisson am writing you on the behalf of my fiance Marnell D. Jones regarding his current criminal case #13CR6673 in Franklin County Courts Columbus, Ohio. We are asking for your help to represent Marnell D. Jones as his new counsel on this matter Pro-Bono or for a low fee with payments monthly for your services.Marnell has no current income or savings at this time due to his loss of his job due to his arrest in December of 2013 with a excessive bond set preventing his release.He has been appointed by the courts two seperate attorneys previous that have failed to provide him with a fair and proper defense nor address any of his questions or concerns regarding his case.. We are in desperate need of good counsel to prove his innocence. Marnell has been falsely accused of these said crimes that he has not committed. He is only guilty of being present in the home of his co-defendant Obryan D. Jones residence during the said crime alledgedly committed.He has also maintains that he had no part or prior knowledge thst this crime was going to occur. Marnell haspreviosly been pressured and coersed by his previous counsel into signing a guilty when promised by his counsel thst he would only be sentenced 3yrs. when later learning that in fact that statment was not true.once Marnell reviewed the plea he signed in its entirety has him faceing any weher from 3-30yrs in prison.He has made several attempts to have the judge withdraw his guilty plea only to be denied.He then has filed a appeal to have the judges decision over turned with no response. He then immediately filed a motion to withdraw his counsel which in turn was granted new counsel only to be misreprsented once again and no progress or preperation done for his defense with myself and Marnell attempting to contact his counsel through many phone call and letters all thruogh out his incarseration with very little to none visits from his counsel to answer Marnells quesions and concerns regarding his case. You are the only one that can help us. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.Marnell is innocent and needs good, and fair counsel to prove his innocence and get justice.
