Hi. Mr. Barlow handled the estate/Will planning for my parents, Max M. Williams & Barbara W. Williams. We’ve been told that all 3 of us are co-executors (Patricia A. Williams, Sandra W. Cleary & myself, Rebecca Williams Hannah), and that we are also on the Power of Attorney. My father passed away Dec. 1, 2007. My mother is still alive but has Alzheimer’s/Dementia. I’ve called your office 3 times and spoke to your secretary twice. I’ve also left voicemails. I’m trying to find out what I need to do in order to obtain a copy of the Will and also the Power of Attorney? I lived in MN until 2014 and moved to Cary, NC to be closer to my family. Any help you could give me would be gratefully appreciated. Thank-you so much.
