Mr.Barker ,it has been many years since I sought you out for much needed help w a complicated family real estate issue .This is something I remembered and thank you for more than I could ever express ,I had been the victim of misrepresentation from a couple attorneys that could not do for me for a long time and too much money ...and you figured it out and helped me and my mother and father to stay in the home and acquire the ownership of the property I still live in today.Unfortunately I have been a victim of some very hard situations and I have been put in a very difficult place in my life .I have been in a modification program thru the bank that holds the mortgage to my home ,through a program called "Hamp" Housing affordable mortgage program ,I was doing the assistanc stage of program but they now tell me it was cancelled Dec.2016????? And because of a discrepancy in the acquirement of the loan ,my husband was the borrower and my property which is solely mine was never transferred ,that I failed to sign on for full responsibility for the loan ,that they are STARTING FORECLOSURE on the property... Now keep in mind I have been paying ALL payments in the HAMP agreement ,that is now cancelled ANDDD they had already turned it back over to mortgage plan .They told me not to pay any more payments and they served me w foreclose papers and this goes to hearing in the next 15 days .Mr. Barker my husband committed suicide so yes I was going through a lot but I have been working w different Home preservation specialist and have done my part to do the right thing ,I am nearly 65 now live on fixed income and do the best I can ,but I never want to lose this home I fought too hard to stay in it ,my mortgage is less than 40,000/I feel I am being scammed out of my home ..I need a lawyer who knows how to go up against these banks ,which by the way my original loan started out w south trust ,then,wachovia ,and now changed over to Wells Fargo ,I know there has to be some kind of help for me ,I need to stop this foreclosure ASAP ,Please give me a chance for a consult so I can explain face to face and offer you a retainer if you can help me .the property in question is 5513 Alpha Avenue ,jax,fl.32205 I know you should have a file on this somewhere I was melody Yarborough at the time my name is melody Mitchell Now .Please give this consideration and let me know ,maybe you could steer me in the right direction ,it would mean a lot to me .Thank You ,sincerely MELODY/Yarborough NKA Mitchell..
