I am a LMSW and Certified Daring WayTM Facilitator (CDWF), and I'm traveling the country presenting 3-day intensive workshops for the LGBTQ community based on the research of Brené Brown. There are hundreds of CDWFs nationwide, but I chose to focus on my LGBTQ brothers and sisters because I feel compelled to give back to a community that has given me so much.

The workshop focuses on self-compassion, empathy, owning one's story, knowing that you are "enough," creating meaningful connections and healthier boundaries, and experiencing vulnerability as courage, to name a few. I will be holding a workshop in Lubbock August 14-16; if you know anyone who might be interested, please direct them to my website www.inspirationaloutcomes.com. I'm also hoping that you can help me advertise in order to reach as many people as possible. Ideally, this will be the first workshop of many since we can only take up to 10 participants in order to create an intimate environment where everyone feels heard.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
