I have a problem, I have a dissolution of marriage issue. I have a [former] husband attorney, and we were married 24 years plus. My attorney did a M/Compel a Marital Settlement Agreement for original counsel to do the Clarification of MSA the first judge in the oral transcript said was to be done. The Judge denied me and my counsel the right to have a MSA, and said we can only have the highly erroneous oral transcript, unsigned, or unititialed, and unsworn to under oath of perjury by either one of us, and it is missing a huge amount of cash, businesses, no clear alimony stipulations, and my original counsel, and the accountant (that was there that day on another issue) now say they did not even negotiate the oral reading pronouncement transcript. How can a judge deny me a MSA? Why am I being punished for my original counsel and husband's counsel not doing their job? Why is my attorney [former] husband, a Contract Law attorney not setting aside this order as a void order? He will not answer me as to why he does not want a jointly signed MSA. All he says is he will never give me a jointly signed MSA, he doesn't have to. Well, if ALL these attorneys I have had, and my own original counsel, whom read this oral thing into the record, don't know, for sure what is in same, then how am I ever going to enforce or modify same?

The community, here, thinks the whole thing is highly suspicious? Can you give me any advice?
