I took out a loan on a car, the first week I drove it it broke down and has been breaking down on a consistent basis.l also believe that this car lot targets the poor with bad credit and they target minorities.I receive social security so they can't touch my money anyway the car broke down on the highway and I didn't have the money to have it towed so I said I would come back the next day and get the car it was stolen.Get this the car was a 1999 count our now they hit me with a bill of over 5,000 dollars would like to sue them for predatory lending.

On 7/22/04 I co-signed a loan application for Lolita Wadley in the amount of $10.000 since the conception of the loan there has been no late payments. And the loan monthly payment has been paid to date. Lolita has stated that beneficial Michigan Inc will not let her close the account. She has paid three times the amount of the loan. How can it be stopped without filing bankrupt? This will hinder the credit score she worked for not to mention mine because of me co- signing
