Hi dear doctor Nasserian. I hope you are very good. I want to know what is your idea about supreme court for the DAKA program. Few years ago we met you & your American friend who was ex officer of immigration. We came from Canada. I was victim of rubbery. My wife applied for a green card through the cooking job. As we told you her file was denied. Mrs. Mizrahi was our lawyer. When we came to the Los Angeles from Canada, on 1997, my daughter was 6 months old. Please on Saturday if is it possible mention about my daughter's situation(DAKA). I'm worried about 4-4 ruling the supreme court. Thank you for your help. Hemmati

درود Ùˆ وقت بخیر داماد ابنجانب از دانشگاه ایلتی واشنگتن برای ادامه در مقطع دکتری پدیرش Ùˆ بورس گرÙته در Ù…Øیط زیست Ùˆ الودگی هوا. میخواهند برا ویزا اقدام کنند ولی در سال 2007 دخترم برای همسد ایشان Ú©Ù‡ انموقع مجرد بود تقاصای گرین کارت کرده. ایا این تقاصا در Øال Øاصر میتواند مشکلی برای گرÙتن ویزا دانشجویی ایجاد کند .
